Impact: During the 30-minute maintenance window, the Buildcheck App will be temporarily unavailable. Any in-flight requests at the start of the window may need to be retried once the upgrade completes.

This upgrade improves overall platform performance, strengthens our security posture, and lays the groundwork for upcoming Buildcheck features.
