Summary
On February 19, 2026, Buildcheck experienced a period of service unavailability affecting user login. The disruption was caused by an outage at our third-party authentication provider. The issue was identified promptly, and full service was restored within approximately 1 hour 17 minutes.

- Scope: Users were unable to log in to the Buildcheck platform during the affected window
Response
Upon detection, Buildcheck's team was notified and customer communications were issued. We worked in close coordination with our authentication provider as they deployed a fix. Service was fully restored and confirmed stable before the incident was closed.
Resolution
Full service was restored at 9:29 AM PT on February 19, 2026. No customer data was compromised or lost as a result of this incident.
Customer Communication
Buildcheck proactively notified affected customers at the onset of the incident and again upon resolution.
