The disruption was caused by an outage at our third-party authentication provider. We worked in close coordination with our authentication provider as they deployed a fix. Service was fully restored and confirmed stable before the incident was closed. --- ## Resolution Full service was restored at 9:29 AM PT on February 19, 2026.
